Why can't I find a workorder?

  1. The invoice isn’t signed.
    To get the invoice to show up in the workorders section, have the customer sign it or mark it as signed. 

  2. Your filters are excluding it.
    Double check your filters by clicking “show” filters and make sure that your work order is not being excluded by your filter settings.



  3. It’s still a quote.
    From time-to-time quotes are not converted into invoices/work orders. If the above tips don’t work, check your quotes to see if it’s still there and proceed as usual.
