How do I send task email or sms reminders to a customer?

Navigate to the task menu by selecting the “task” button from the left-side menu on your dashboard.
Highlight the task you want to send a reminder for by clicking on the task from this screen.
Click the gear icon on the right side of the highlighted line item.
Select the type of reminder you wish to send. (email or sms to customer or salesperson)
Reminder will send immediately when you select the desired option.
